Randy Nathan (aka) Coach Randy is an international expert on Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying. He is the New Jersey State Representative of the Olweus Anti-Bullying Program of Clemson University and an Adjunct Professor within the Rutgers University School of Social Work. He travels the country focusing on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, while simultaneously addressing bullying in athletics. His book, “Bullying in Sports: A Guide to Identifying the Injuries We Don’t See” was published by Pearson Education. In addition, he also addresses Adverse Childhood Experiences youth face when overcoming the trauma of Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying behavior.
