Zachary R. New is a Partner at Joseph & Hall, where his practice focuses on employment-based immigration and federal litigation. At Joseph & Hall, he’s worked on large scale immigration litigation ranging from class and mass-actions to individual lawsuits for companies and individuals who have received improper treatment by the immigration agencies. His employment-based practice covers all areas of the business-immigration world, from temporary work visas for companies, to start-ups, to individuals of extraordinary ability, and more. Mr. New has worked on the representation of clients at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and various Federal courts, both at the district court and appellate levels.
